New building of Sharai Adaalat inaugurated

Moghalpura: A new building of ‘Sharai Adaalat’ was inaugurated by Hyderabad MP and MIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi besides Islamic seminary Jamiatul Mominath in Moghalpura on Monday.

Asaduddin was accompanied by Charminar MLA, Syed Ahmed Pasha Quadri and Yakutpura MLA, Mumtaz Ahmed Khan. Dr Hafiz Mohd Mastan Ali, president of the seminary informed that the Sharai Adaalat started from 2008, about two decades after the seminary, imparting Islamic and modern education started. “Under this, issues of Talaaq, Khula, distribution of properties and mutual conflicts among the families are solve under the reference of Quran and Sunnah”, said president Jamiatul Mominath.

He also said that from 2008 Sharai Adaalat has issued 10,000 fatwas. Sharai Adaalat is held on every Tuesday from 4 pm to 9 pm under the  presidency of Mufti Mohd Hasanuddin head Mufti and Ameer e Shariat Jamiatul Mominath and is monitored by five-member panel of Mufti and advocates, in which they hear from both the parties and solve their issues, he explained.
