High Court Angered Over Governments’ Non-Cooperation: RTC Strike of Telangana State

Hyderabad: Telangana High Court dissatisfied with the report submitted by government officials on October 31, 2019.

HC’s Advocate General BS Prasad argued on behalf of the government, who made it clear that there was no due dues to the RTC and also informed the court that the loans were not distributed after the state split.

He added that the government has paid Rs 4253 crore to the RTC so far. Responding to this, the High Court asked the government how much debt it had taken on the RTC.

The High Court expressed dissatisfaction over the reports submitted by the government and reiterated whether the dues should be paid to the RTC.

The next hearing regarding the TSRTC strike has been postponed.
