In Road Accident Two Narayana College Students Killed, 7 Others Injured in Rajendranagar

HYDERABAD: Two students of Narayan Junior College were killed in a road accident that occurred late Thursday. The accident injured two dead as well as seven other intermediate students, which occurred near the Aramghar Cross Road in Rajendranagar area. The students of Narayan College took a Tata Safari vehicle and went to celebrate the birthday party of one of the teammates. The accident took place near Flyover Pillar number 221 Rajendranagar.
According to police sources, all the students were residents of Mahboobnagar and the college hostel. After the evening classes, all nine students took the car without having to tell the college staff to attend their friend’s birthday party in Rajinder Nagar. All nine, who are taking long-term coaching in college, jumped off the compound wall to attend the birthday party.
However, while returning from the party, a car hit them, killed two students on the spot. The dead were identified as Tarun and Uday.
The injured are being treated at a private hospital. Police have registered a case and are investigating.
