All India Muslim Personal Law Board’s review plea to be settled by Rajeev Dhavan

The All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) said on Tuesday that senior advocate Rajiv Dhawan’s contribution to the Ayodhya land dispute case has been “exceptional” and requested his review in this matter. The Babri Masjid case has been extraordinary in the contribution of Rajiv Dhawan, who has been present in the matter since 1993 to support secular values in the country.

AIMPLB general secretary Maulana Muhammad Wali Rehmani said a team of lawyers was drafting a review request, after which they would finalize it. “The board added,” The Muslim Personal Board and the community have kept them with utmost respect. And the soul in the matter.

“This comment came after advocate Rajiv Dhavan, representing the Muslim parties in the dispute over the title of Ayodhya land, it was dismissed by the Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind the day after the Supreme Court appeal for review of the November 9 decision in this case. Last month, 9 November, the Supreme Court awarded the controversial land to Ram Lala and told the Center and the state government that the Sunni Waqf Board in Ayodhya plotted a five-acre plot to construct a mosque.

Zafaryab Jilani, the secretary of the board, took the stand Monday that he would file a review request before December 9.
