Muzaffarpur (Bihar): The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) issued a notice to the Bihar Chief Secretary and DGP on Tuesday demanding their reaction to the incident in which a young woman was allegedly revoked by a neighbor. He was burned after resisting a rape attempt in Ahiyapur. According to a police complaint, the woman was alone in the house December 7 when the accused attempted to abort her.
