Two School Students Die In A Road Accident At Uppal

HYDERABAD: On Tuesday, December 31, two school students were killed in a road accident near a Little Flower School in App Uppal when a lorry rolled into the auto.

The speeding lorry hit the auto in which the students of the school were going to their school at the time of the accident. One died on the spot and the other student died while moving to the hospital. Seven other students were seriously injured in the crash. All the students belong to the Habsiguda Bhashyam School.

The two boys who died were identified as Avanth Kumar and Moinuddin in Class 7.

Upon receiving the report of the accident, the police arrived on the spot and shifted the bodies to the Gandhi hospital for postmortem. The injured were rushed to Aditya hospital for treatment. Three more students are in critical condition.

Police have registered a case and an investigation is underway.
