This is the Prime Minister’s first meeting with the Chief Ministers of the country after the lockdown. Earlier, on 20 March, two days before the Janata curfew imposed on 22 March, Prime Minister Modi had video conferencing with the Chief Ministers of the states. At that time he warned the Chief Ministers of the global threat of Corona and stressed the need for the whole country to unite and face it. Since the lockdown carried out across the country on 24 March, the states have faced a variety of problems ranging from migrant laborers.
